This being my last communication as student president let me begin by expressing my gratitude. I appreciate the confidence you have granted me. It has been a great ride, an unforgettable year serving you. The accomplishments of the student body this year belong to all of you and the entire devoted members of the student council.

Obviously, the success of our experience at Y.U. is primarily due to the efforts of the professional faculty. I had the privilege of working and learning from members of the administration. They were always prepared to listen to proposals, offer suggestions and manage to help keep me out of trouble. It's been a real education observing how much behind the scenes activity goes in to every student event. Their goal is to have everything running smoothly and seamlessly while remaining anonymous. This is an appropriate opportunity for me to acknowledge publicly, on behalf of the student body, the debt we owe to our administration.

In addition to this being the end of my tenure as your president, it is also my final term as an undergraduate. All of us graduating seniors can look back at our years at Y.U. with pride. For most of us, it's involved a lot of hard work. Our teachers and rabbis have given us a tremendous education, one that extends far beyond the classroom, lessons in how to become a valuable, contributing member of society. Each of us will carry this legacy forward in all of life's challenges.

Lastly, I want to congratulate and introduce our incoming president, Shmulik Rosenberg. I know him to be an intense worker and strong leader. My best wishes to him and the rest of his student council for the upcoming year. I am confident that it will be a productive year.
